1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Services are billed on a subscription basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

3. Data & Liability

The Sync Suite provides field reporting tools. GM DevOps is not liable for construction delays, financial miscalculations, or site disputes resulting from the use of our software.
